Service Desk Technician

Compensation:
$30 - $35 /hour, depending on experience

Service Desk Technician
to join their team

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Provide remote and onsite IT support
  • Receive tickets via email and resolve IT issues
  • Troubleshoot Windows, Office 365, Active Directory
  • Configure hardware for onboarding processes
  • Support audio and video equipment in conference rooms
  • Log and track requests in the ticketing system
  • Partner with technology professionals and business personnel
  • Manage and monitor internal assets for inventory accuracy

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Some college work towards BS in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS
  • 5+ years in a professional IT environment
  • Proficiency with business systems, operating systems, servers
  • Knowledge of networking concepts, systems, protocols
  • Skilled in light programming, scripting, project management

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

  • Prior experience in Oil & Gas industry
  • Knowledgeable about telecom systems, audio/video systems
  • Strong logical and analytical thinking skills
