What You'll Do as an Associate Engineer:
- Assist in designing and drafting base maps, site plans, grading plans, and utility plans.
- Support preparation of permit applications and regulatory compliance documentation.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to tackle technical challenges and learn industry best practices.
What We're Looking For:
- B.S. in Civil Engineering (or equivalent) with at least 1 year of civil engineering design experience—or equivalent education/experience
- Proficiency in AutoCAD
- A motivated, curious problem-solver who works well independently and, on a team
