To strengthen our Supply Chain team, we are looking for a

Warehouse Associate

ROLE

You will be responsible for supporting manufacturing operations at Springfield, VA.

You will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Prepare finished goods for shipment including required paperwork, proper packaging and labeling.
  • Receive raw materials and indirect goods shipments.
  • Safely store raw materials in the assigned location (use of forklift may be required).
  • Maintain inventory locations and computer tracking.
  • Issue raw materials as requested per documented procedures.
  • Data entry of stock control transactions.
  • Complete weekly cycle counting of raw materials or as needed.
  • Complete daily mail runs between buildings.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Operation of Forklift (Training will be provided by SICPA)

PROFILE

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in warehousing preferred
  • Proficiency in SAP inventory transactions desired but not required.
  • Detail oriented and ability to follow instructions.
  • Ability to multi-task and set priorities
  • Basic math
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft office
