Indirect Procurement Analyst

As part of our High Efficiency Equipment Program (HEEP), we're hiring two Procurement Operations Analysts to support the tactical tracking, coordination, and delivery of restaurant equipment across our development pipeline. These contractor roles will sit within the Indirect Procurement team and play a critical part in ensuring that shipments are tracked, vendors are held accountable, and installations are executed on time and in full.

This is a great opportunity to build foundational experience in procurement, logistics, and cross-functional project delivery within a fast-paced, high-impact program.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the day-to-day point of contact for all equipment-related activities tied to the HEEP rollout, from PO issuance through delivery and installation.
  • Track, monitor, and report on shipment statuses and key delivery milestones across multiple vendors and geographies.
  • Interface with General Contractors (GCs), suppliers, and internal teams (e.g., inbound logistics, project managers) to coordinate actions and maintain alignment.
  • Maintain and update detailed tracking tools (e.g., Smartsheet) to provide up to date visibility to stakeholders.
  • Share regular forecasts and status reports with the HEEP project team, including progress updates for multiple development markets.
  • Escalate delays or risks to delivery and help identify proactive solutions to stay on track.
  • Hold vendors accountable to established SLAs and support issue resolution when problems arise in the field.
  • Build and maintain positive working relationships with 10+ supplier partners, 3 general contractors, and 6–9 development market teams.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in operations, procurement, supply chain, or project coordination roles.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail—able to juggle multiple workstreams with shifting priorities.
  • Clear and professional communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Familiarity with Smartsheet, Excel, or other project tracking tools strongly preferred.
  • Comfortable working with internal cross-functional teams and external suppliers.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset—proactive, collaborative, and calm under pressure.
  • Self-starter who can work independently and stay focused while working with geographically diverse teams.
