Overview

We are seeking an experienced Auto Body Finish Man to join our team. This role is vital in delivering high-quality vehicle refinishing and restoration services. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in auto body finishing techniques, with a focus on precision and customer satisfaction. Prior auto body shop experience is mandatory. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where craftsmanship and attention to detail are essential.

Duties

  • Sand, compound & polish painted vehicles.
  • Finish vehicles by polishing, detailing, and inspecting for quality standards
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times
  • Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines while ensuring top-tier workmanship
  • This will be a plus: Prepare vehicle surfaces for painting by sanding, masking, and priming to ensure optimal finish quality

Experience

  • Proven extensive background in auto body finishing at least 5 years.
  • Proficient with hand tools, power tools, and auto body repair equipment
  • Experience with auto restoration projects and automotive repair is a plus
  • Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during various repair tasks

This position requires a dedicated professional with a comprehensive understanding of automotive finishing processes. Candidates should demonstrate excellent craftsmanship, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $ $32.50 per hour
