Position Summary:

As a Wax Technician, I am the heart of European Wax Center. My job is to consistently follow 

established processes, procedures, and corporate policies and educate guests on the benefits and 

frequency of waxing and the value of wax pass savings and in center promotions while performing 

waxing services. As a licensed skin care specialist, you are also responsible for educating guests 

of the 4 steps to gorgeous process and demonstrating proper skin care with the Amplify product 

portfolio. My role is to represent EWC in a positive, professional, and consistent manner, while 

upholding the company's core values.



Duties and Responsibilities:

•  Consistently achieving my service credit and SPT (Services Per Ticket) goals by promoting bikini 

services, recommending add-ons, and maintaining proper timing. Converting guests to a full body 

waxing lifestyle should be a top priority.

•  Consistently achieving my product goal by educating guests of skin care needs during their 

service, walking the guests to the product wall, and following the proper product checkout process 

in the lobby.

•  Helping my team achieve our ticket goal by mastering the 4-step process, recommending proper 

frequency, encouraging in center rebooking, accommodating as many guests as possible, and reliably 

working scheduled shifts.

•  Help my team achieve our package goal by encouraging guests to take advantage of a wax pass 

savings plan.

•  Help my team achieve our new guest goal by promoting the referral program to every 

guest.

•  Complete my job duties and tasks accurately and on time, including wax suite cleaning and daily 

checklists.

•  Consistently arriving at work on time, in appropriate attire, including name tag, ready to work 

the assigned schedule assigned by management and availability provided during the application 

process. Adhering to the reservation book managed by GSA's. Help my center by finding coverage and 

ensuring no guests are currently booked when requesting days off from assigned schedule.

•  Participate in all weekly strut sessions (if strut session is on a day associate is not 

scheduled, the associate will attend a minimum of 1 strut session per month) stay active in Slack, 

Fran connect and community events and street marketing.
