OverviewTHE ROLE:The Sr. Designer, Worldwide Creative Studio is responsible for developing original design concepts and creative materials that engage multiple Herbalife audiences including Distributors, Preferred Members, Customers, and the general public. This role will lead and support conceptual design solutions across a variety of media channels including print, video, digital, and social.Working within Herbalife's established brand framework, the Senior Designer will adapt and apply brand design principles to support internal teams such as Brand Marketing, Sports Marketing, Product Marketing, Sales, Recognition, Live Events, and other internal and external communications. This role requires a balance of creativity and precision, bringing industry best practices to elevate the Herbalife brand in collaboration with the creative team and the Sr. Creative Director.The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in both conceptual design and production execution, with a deep understanding of creative file standards, workflows, and procedures. This position demands a strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and consistently delivers high-quality, brand-aligned creative work.This role reports to the Sr. Director, Creative Studio.HOW YOU WOULD CONTRIBUTE:Lead Design & Art DirectionConceptualize and design a wide range of marketing, event, and sales-driven materials across multiple platforms including print, web, social media, and environmental branding. Ensure all visual content is fresh, engaging, and strategically aligned with creative briefs, stakeholder goals, and the company's brand philosophy.Creative Content DevelopmentDevelop original concepts and visual content for multi-platform campaigns, seamlessly integrating compelling copy and design to deliver cohesive and impactful storytelling. Demonstrate strong graphic design skills with a focus on brand identity and logo development, as well as excellence in layout design across print and digital formats.Production Expertise & Technical ExecutionApply advanced knowledge of production workflows to ensure flawless execution of creative assets. Demonstrate proficiency in preparing accurate mechanicals, managing prepress requirements, working with dielines and substrates, and collaborating with vendors to ensure high-quality output across print and physical production formats.Special Marketing InitiativesContribute to high-impact marketing efforts such as brand expression, product packaging, and executive keynote presentations. Collaborate cross-functionally to develop visually compelling, brand-aligned solutions that support strategic business goals and elevate the company's presence across physical and digital touchpoints.Brand Stewardship & Global Design OversightContribute to the development and maintenance of brand style guides, packaging systems, and executive-level presentations. Oversee creative execution for Worldwide Creative initiatives, ensuring consistent brand application across all channels—digital, social, email, point-of-sale, mobile, video, interactive, event marketing, and print.Cross-Functional CollaborationPartner with writers, designers, and cross-departmental teams to brainstorm, develop, and execute creative concepts that align with business objectives. Maintain clear communication with managers and stakeholders to ensure expectations are met.Project Management & Quality AssurancePrioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to timelines and approval workflows. Skilled in managing organized file systems and ensuring flawless execution in print and production.Multidisciplinary Design ExperienceHands-on experience across diverse creative formats including packaging, environmental design, motion graphics, 3D formats, photography art direction, and video production.Software & Emerging Tools ProficiencyExpert-level skills in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat, etc.) with working knowledge of emerging platforms such as Canva and AI-powered design tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, DALL·E). Ability to adapt to evolving technologies and leverage them to enhance creative output and workflow efficiency.Project & Time ManagementAbility to manage multiple mid- to high-profile projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and consistently meet deadlines in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.Collaborative & Communication SkillsStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to work cross-functionally, communicate clearly, and build productive relationships with writers, designers, stakeholders, and vendors.Professional ExperienceMinimum of 6 years in a creative agency or corporate creative services environment, with a track record of delivering high-quality work across integrated marketing campaigns.EducationBachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.Equivalent professional experience may be considered in lieu of a formal degree.At Herbalife, we value doing what's right.
