Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Manager located in Manchester, NH. The Project Manager will oversee and coordinate HVAC projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards. Responsibilities include planning project timelines, managing resources, liaising with clients and team members, conducting inspections, and managing logistics. The Project Manager will also monitor project progress and performance, proactively addressing challenges as needed.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Project Management, with a strong ability to plan, execute, and oversee complex projects
  • Experience in Expediting and working effectively as an Expeditor to streamline procurement processes
  • Skilled in Inspection to ensure project compliance with quality and safety standards
  • Expertise in Logistics Management for efficient resource allocation and timeline coordination
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  • Knowledge of HVAC systems and prior experience in the mechanical or construction industry is a plus
