Artisan Partners is looking for an experienced individual to fill a key role on its Marketing & Communications team. The ideal candidate understands the unique culture of a talent-based, institutionally-focused firm and succeeds in a demanding, fast paced environment.This position will report to a Marketing Reporting and Collateral manager and work closely with the firm's Sales, Marketing, Legal, Compliance, IT and Operations teams to develop and create reports while ensuring consistency in messaging, accuracy in information, and legal and regulatory compliance.Location: Milwaukee, WIResponsibilitiesThe candidate is expected to:Manage and own production and review for recurring reporting requirements and collateral; oversee the creation of reports in various portals and systems, when applicableComplete and review Request for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Information (RFIs), Questionnaires, and other ad hoc reporting ensuring consistency, accuracy, effectiveness and timely completionOversee and review new business data requests for accuracy and responsivenessDevelop a thorough understanding of the firm and the firm's investment strategiesIdentify opportunities to consolidate, enhance or reengineer processes, methods, or tools to improve efficiency and further team efforts in automationBuild relationships with aligned business teams to better understand their strategic planning including reporting and collateral needsWork closely with team members to develop and implement new reporting requirements using existing technology and systems, when applicableAll responsibilities require a high degree of dedication, strong attention to detail and the ability to meet an intense volume of deadlinesQualificationsThe successful candidate will possess strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Additionally, the ideal candidate will possess:Bachelor's degree5+ years experience in investment industryExcellent time-management, multi-tasking and organizational skillsAbility to produce quality work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment with high level of attention to detail/accuracyStrong professional and persuasive written/verbal communication experience and editing skillsSelf-motivated and driven with a willingness and ability to identify ways to add value beyond routine job responsibilitiesConfidence in working with all levels of management with the proven ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with members of the Sales, Marketing, Legal and Compliance, and Operations TeamsData reporting and analytic skillsExperience in investment alternatives preferredProficiency with Microsoft Office SuiteExperience with Vermillion reporting technology preferredExperience with SalesForce applications a plusPrivacy Notice for California ApplicantsArtisan Partners Limited Partnership is an equal opportunity employer.
