Physician Liaison:
By joining our team of innovative and accomplished providers, surgeons, and support staff, you will have the opportunity to make a positive difference and transform patients' lives.
This role requires regular travel to other company locations.
Responsibilities
What You Will Do:
- Build and maintain relationships with local optometrists and other health care practitioners including, but not limited to, primary care physicians, dermatologists, rheumatologists, endocrinologists, nurse practitioners and urgent care center providers.
- Develop marketing strategy and tactical planning to cultivate aforementioned practitioner relationships.
- Monitor and track patient referral patterns by local practitioners.
- Maintain active ongoing engagement with local practitioners with a significant emphasis on field work, traveling by car to visit referring providers.
- Compile and analyze data for periodic (ie: monthly, quarterly) reviews and present to administrators or other key stakeholders.
- Demonstrate strong initiative and ability to identify and independently pursue new opportunities.
Qualifications
What You Will Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field with an emphasis in marketing strongly preferred
- Minimum of 1 year marketing or outreach required
- Must be a self-starter who can work independently yet function in a highly collaborative, fast-paced team environment
- Must be self-directed with ability to work with little supervision
- Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines effectively
- Excellent written, oral communication skills and presentation skills
- Strong data entry, organizational and interpersonal skills
- High integrity, team player with patient service focus and flexibility
