Total Earning Potential: $50,000 – $60,000+ (Base Pay + Commissions + Bonuses)

About European Wax Center

We provide the ultimate wax experience with a comfortable, hygienic environment and our exclusive four-step Comfort Wax system. Developed in Paris, our hard wax clings to hair, not skin, leaving guests smooth and hair-free for weeks. Guests can enhance their results with our premium line of products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and execute all EWC policies and procedures alongside the Center Manager
  • Lead and motivate the team to achieve sales goals, guest service excellence, and operational objectives
  • Coach and mentor associates on guest interactions and sales of wax passes
  • Oversee daily operations, delegate tasks, prioritize, and ensure follow-up on all activities
  • Maintain and enforce European Wax Center culture and operational standards
  • Recruit, select, and develop team members, holding individuals accountable for performance
  • Serve as a role model for guest service excellence and professionalism

Requirements:

  • Sales Management Experience: 2+ years in sales management within service or beauty industry, with proven results
  • Team Management Experience: 2+ years of direct staff management with measurable success
  • Guest Service Skills: Passion for creating memorable guest experiences
  • Operational Skills: Organized, detail-oriented, able to multitask and meet deadlines
  • Leadership: Ability to motivate and inspire a team with clear vision and strategy
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written skills
  • Human Resources: Experience selecting, developing, and managing a high-performing team
  • Computer Skills: Proficiency in standard office and scheduling software
