Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. Responsibilities:

- Prepare and cook menu items in compliance with established recipes and standards

- Assist in all areas of food preparation as needed, including chopping, dicing, and marinating

- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate food production

- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, following food safety guidelines

- Monitor food stock levels and communicate inventory needs to the chef

- Adhere to proper knife handling techniques and safety procedures

- Support catering events and special functions as required

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Line Cook or similar role in a restaurant or fine dining establishment

- Knowledge of culinary techniques and practices, including food handling and preparation

- Understanding of basic dietary requirements and ability to accommodate special dietary needs

- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

- Certification in food safety or willingness to obtain one
