Job Duties & ResponsibilitiesProvides excellent customer service to members and guests through greeting, managing and addressing member concerns, and answering phonesMaintains a neat, organized work area while engaging with members and families as you direct them to programs and activitiesBuilds a positive first impression with a warm smile and personal greeting for all who encounter the YMCA by upholding the YMCA core valuesPerforms other assigned duties as directed by SupervisorAbilities & SkillsAbility to participate in all physical aspects of the position.
