Janitor / Cleaner (Commercial Facilities)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dependable Janitor / Cleaner to perform routine commercial cleaning services at offices and small facilities. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work independently while maintaining high cleanliness standards.

Responsibilities include:

  • Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
  • Clean and sanitize restrooms and break areas
  • Empty trash and replace liners
  • Dust surfaces, wipe desks, and clean common areas
  • Clean glass, mirrors, and entry areas
  • Refill supplies (toilet paper, soap, paper towels)
  • Report maintenance issues or safety concerns
  • Follow cleaning checklists and site instructions

Requirements:

  • Prior cleaning or janitorial experience preferred (but not required)
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform physical tasks
  • Must be dependable and detail-oriented

Schedule & Pay:

  • Part-time or full-time opportunities available
  • Evening or flexible hours depending on site
  • Paid as W-2 employee
  • Competitive hourly pay based on experience
