Duties
- Supervise front desk staff, including receptionists and guest services agents, ensuring high standards of customer service and professionalism
- Oversee check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring accuracy and efficiency while maintaining a warm, welcoming atmosphere
- Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and special requests with courteous phone etiquette
- Coordinate night audit activities to reconcile daily financial transactions and prepare reports for management review
- Address guest concerns promptly and effectively, resolving issues to guarantee guest satisfaction and loyalty
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel amenities, local attractions, and policies to assist guests confidently
- Lead guest relations initiatives to enhance overall guest experience and foster positive reviews
Requirements
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations, with a strong background in customer service
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities preferred to serve diverse clientele effectively
- Excellent communication skills with proficiency in phone etiquette and multi-line phone systems
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and manage a team in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of hotel management software and reservation systems; experience with night audit procedures is advantageous
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail in handling guest requests and administrative tasks
- A friendly, professional demeanor committed to delivering outstanding hospitality experiences
