As a
Security Officer - Logistics Site Rounds
in
Lithia Springs, GA
, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol designated logistics and distribution locations, helping to deter security-related incidents while maintaining a visible presence. You will conduct routine patrols and provide outstanding customer service and clear communication. What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the logistics and distribution location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity.
• Monitor for any suspicious behavior or unauthorized individuals in and around the premises.
• Communicate and collaborate with site staff and Allied Universal management as needed to address security-related concerns.
• Document and report security-related incidents and observations according to site protocols.
• Support access control procedures to help to deter unauthorized entry into restricted areas.
• Remain visible and approachable to assist employees, visitors, and/or contractors with security-related questions or concerns.

Minimum Requirements

• Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
