Unarmed Security Supervisor / Lead Security Guard


Location: Warwick, NY
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 06:00–14:00 (must be flexible for additional coverage)
Pay Rate: $22–$23 per hour (based on experience and background)

About the Position

We are seeking a reliable and highly motivated Unarmed Security Supervisor / Lead Security Guard to join our team in Warwick, NY. This role requires a strong security background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to respond quickly to staffing needs and call-outs. The ideal candidate is dependable, professional, and comfortable working both independently and as a team leader.

ResponsibilitiesSupervise and support on-site security personnelCover shifts as needed due to call-outs or emergenciesMaintain accurate incident reports and daily activity logsMonitor site activity and enforce security policiesUtilize computer systems effectively for reporting, communication, and schedulingServe as the primary point of contact for security-related concernsEnsure a safe and secure environment for staff, visitors, and propertyRequirementsPrior security experience required; supervisory experience preferredStrong computer skills (report writing, email communication, digital logs, etc.)Flexible schedule with the ability to cover various shifts when neededExcellent leadership, communication, and observation skillsMust be professional, reliable, and detail-orientedValid security credentials/licensing as required by New York State
