Now, we're looking for an enthusiastic, reliable Parts Distribution Specialist to keep our parts operations running like a finely tuned engine.

What You'll Do
This isn't your average warehouse job - this is BMW. You'll be the go-to person ensuring the right parts get to the right place, at the right time. Your day-to-day will include:

  • Receiving, checking in, and stocking all incoming parts inventory
  • Picking, packing, and delivering emergency orders across the dealership and occasionally off-site
  • Performing inventory bin checks and managing daily replenishment
  • Supporting our service technicians by pulling accurate parts for their repairs
  • Maintaining a clean, organized stockroom and ensuring every part is in its place
  • Using modern office equipment and dealership systems to manage inventory
  • Collaborating with a high-performing team that values precision, hustle, and helping each other succeed

What You Bring to the Table

  • Excellent communication and the ability to follow instructions and safety protocols
  • Physically able to lift and move up to 65 lbs
  • A valid Driver's License and the ability to pass a pre-employment screening
