Pest Control Technician Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Pest Control Technician to join our team in the Greater Puget Sound Area. Our routes within our service areas span from the Canadian border, the Puget Sound Islands, Olympia, Seattle, the Greater Eastside, the HWY 2 & I-90 corridor, etc.

- In this role, you will be assigned a work truck and will head out to your appts. in the morning starting from your home & returning to your home at the end of the day.
- A valid driver license is required. We cannot accept applicants with a DUI on their record.
- You will be responsible for identifying and managing pest issues in residential and commercial properties.
- The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, understanding of pest control methods, is punctual, courteous & respectful to customers, reads notes and takes detailed notes, have experience with various tools and machinery, and demonstrate excellent customer service skills. With that said, pest control experience is not required.
- This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently while adhering to safety regulations. You must have the ability to use a smart phone, email & use apps.
Pest Control Technician Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough inspections of properties to identify pest infestations and assess the extent of the problem.
- Apply appropriate pest control treatments using various methods, including chemical applications, traps, and exclusion techniques.
- Maintain accurate records of services provided, including treatment plans and customer interactions.
- Educate clients on pest prevention strategies and recommend ongoing maintenance plans.
- Operate power tools, hand tools, and farm machinery safely and effectively during service calls.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, pest control techniques, and safety regulations.
Pest Control Technician Experience
- Previous experience in pest control or a related field is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Strong communication skills with an emphasis on customer service.
- Ability to drive to various job sites efficiently while adhering to traffic laws and safety regulations.
- A valid driver's license is required for this position. *Must be DUI free
