We offer a $7,000 sign-on bonus Our Electro-Mechanical Tech roles range from $27.00 to $44.80 per hour plus additional pay for weekends and holidays. $5.00 per hour shift premiums for 2nd shift and 3rd shift schedules.

Where you'll work…
· This role is based at our manufacturing facility in West Milwaukee, WI on Lincoln Avenue, our newest location – a 210,000 square foot, state of the art baking facility featuring modern equipment and expanded production capabilities.
· Our Maintenance Team contributes to Palermo's success by ensuring that our Plant operates at a world-class level with production uptimes over 98%
What you'll do…
· Support our production teams by maintaining and repairing all production lines, troubleshooting and performing preventative maintenance on all machinery and equipment.
· Install, repair, rebuild and maintain machinery and mechanical equipment used in production, packaging, and all other plant areas.
· Be involved in all aspects of equipment from installation to rebuilding, fitting, and aligning equipment to meet quality and efficiency standards.
· Demonstrate strong electrical knowledge and troubleshooting skills on controls such as, PLC's, VFD's, servos, robotics, and programable devices.

· Proven ability to operate safely by following all food and people guidelines.
· Utilizing knowledge from your 6+ years' experience with mechanical repair, plumbing, welding, and electrical repair to facilitate seamless production functionality to deliver daily production goals.
· Organized and methodical approach to problem solving – often in a time-sensitive, tight-deadline situation where accuracy is critical.
· Designated lifelong learner with a strong interest in mastering new mechanical technologies.
· Team player with excellent communication skills ready to work hard to ensure the whole Palermo's team succeeds.
