Position Overview
 We are seeking a 
Client Experience Coordinator
 to serve as the primary point of contact for our diverse clientele. In this role, you will ensure client needs are met with professionalism, efficiency, and care. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in creating an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients (in-person and over the phone), providing excellent customer service in both English and Spanish.
  • Manage client inquiries, schedule appointments, and handle follow-up communications in a timely, organized manner.
  • Assist in coordinating services and resolving client concerns with attention to detail.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and ensure all necessary documentation is completed.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (accounting, tax, payroll) to streamline processes and enhance client satisfaction.
  • Support office management and administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements

  • Bilingual Fluency:
     Must be fluent in English and Spanish (Written and Spoken).
  • Experience:
     Previous experience in a client-facing or customer service role is preferred.
  • Tech Skills:
     Proficiency with Microsoft Office and client management systems is a plus.
  • Soft Skills:
     Strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and a problem-solving mindset.

Schedule

  • Monday to Friday.
  • Saturday availability is required during Tax Season.
