ROLE OVERVIEW:

Marketing Strategist is a multifaceted role. Responsibilities will include managing client relationships, developing marketing strategies, and contributing to the hands-on delivery of services. The ideal candidate will be comfortable wearing multiple hats and excited about the opportunity to shape the growth of our company.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Client Strategy and Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
  • Understand client needs and goals to ensure the delivery of appropriate solutions
  • Develop comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to each client's unique needs

Project Management and Service Delivery

  • Oversee the execution of marketing projects from conception to completion
  • Coordinate resources and team members to ensure timely delivery of services
  • Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed
  • Contribute directly to the delivery of marketing services (with a heavy emphasis on thought leadership via LinkedIn and long-form articles on client sites).
  • Collaborate with other team members to produce high-quality marketing materials
  • Assist in the expansion of service offerings and documentation of processes

Business Development

  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services to existing clients
  • Contribute to proposals and pitches for new business opportunities
  • Help refine and develop new service offerings based on market demand and client needs

Compensation:

  • $70k starting salary
  • 10% commission on upsells for clients you serve, or net new revenue you bring in
