Type: Sales, Production, and Customer Service
Step into a dynamic and growth‑oriented role as a Project Coordinator, supporting end‑to‑end project activity and ensuring seamless order processing across multiple channels. You'll work closely with Sales, Production, and Customer Service teams while maintaining accurate documentation and delivering exceptional customer support. This position reports to the Project Manager and is classified as non‑exempt.
Key Responsibilities- Review and process incoming orders for pricing and quantity accuracy.
- Partner with Sales to clarify customer requirements and expectations.
- Enter, maintain, and audit orders, customer records, and documentation in SAP.
- Calculate pricing, commissions, taxes, shipping, and material costs.
- Proactively communicate with customers regarding pricing updates, timelines, and delays.
- Verify paperwork and prepare order documentation for management review.
- Confirm material availability, track arrivals, and manage project backlogs.
- Create production documents and coordinate with Production and Shipping to ensure on‑time delivery.
- Monitor production and shipping orders; audit quantities, freight charges, and packaging requirements.
- Prepare shipping and replacement documentation, including sample requests.
- Generate reports, KPIs, and correspondence; maintain accurate databases.
- Document and resolve customer complaints while supporting customer‑specific processes.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally to resolve order, production, and shipment issues.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- 3+ years of administrative or coordination experience.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, especially in Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with construction administration, document control, or customer service.
- Proficiency in project coordination, invoicing, and purchase orders.
- Working knowledge of SAP ERP and (not required but a plus)
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively.
- Ability to stay organized and manage multiple priorities.
- Comfortable with occasional physical tasks such as lifting files or accessing storage.
- High school diploma or GED (or equivalent experience).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
- Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems is required.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $ $38.00/hr.
