Job Overview

As a Marketing Coordinator-Quote Coordinator, you will be the driving force behind our marketing initiatives, ensuring that our brand shines across various platforms. You'll collaborate with our team to develop and execute dynamic marketing strategies that engage our audience and elevate our presence in the market. Your creativity and analytical skills will be essential as you manage campaigns, analyze performance metrics, and contribute to our overall marketing vision. You will be responsible for managing our quote activity via e mails and our CRM.

What you'll do

  • Develop and implement multichannel marketing campaigns that align with business objectives and target audience needs.
  • Optimize content for SEO to enhance visibility and drive organic traffic across digital platforms.
  • Manage social media marketing efforts, creating engaging content that resonates with followers and boosts brand awareness.
  • Utilize Google Analytics to track campaign performance, providing insights for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate on content marketing strategies, including copywriting for blogs, email newsletters, and advertising materials.
  • Support e-commerce initiatives by analyzing sales data and optimizing product listings on various platforms.
  • Coordinate advertising sales efforts across print and digital channels to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Assist in budgeting for marketing projects while ensuring adherence to financial constraints.
  • Manager our CRM platform to organize our leads and quotes.
  • Manage our quote activity.

Basic qualifications

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles including performance marketing and email marketing strategies.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite for creating compelling visual content.

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience with WordPress for website management and content updates.
  • Familiarity with HTML for basic website editing tasks.
  • Knowledge of Google AdWords for managing paid advertising campaigns.
  • Background in B2B marketing with a focus on lead generation strategies.
  • Skills in research to identify market trends and consumer preferences.
