Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing engaging social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and support overall marketing objectives. This role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing, content creation, and social media management tools to effectively manage multiple platforms and campaigns. The coordinator will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all channels, leveraging analytics to optimize performance.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Create, curate, and manage engaging content across various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
  • Utilize SEO best practices and keyword research to enhance content visibility and reach.
  • Monitor social listening tools to track brand mentions, industry trends, and competitor activity.
  • Design visually appealing graphics and videos using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Creative Suite, and video editing software.
  • Manage social media advertising campaigns such as Facebook Advertising to increase reach and conversions.
  • Schedule posts using tools like Hootsuite and Buffer to maintain consistent online presence.
  • Analyze web analytics and social media metrics using Google Analytics and web analytics tools to assess campaign effectiveness.
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments, messages, and manage online relationships to foster community growth.
  • Collaborate with teams to coordinate branding efforts and manage reputation management initiatives.
  • Proofread all content for accuracy, tone, and branding consistency before publishing.

Experience

  • Proven experience in social media marketing or digital marketing roles with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
  • Familiarity with social media management platforms such as Hootsuite or Buffer.
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience in content creation including photography, video editing, and copywriting tailored for digital channels.
  • Knowledge of SEO techniques, keyword research, web analytics (Google Analytics), and social listening tools.
  • Understanding of branding principles, public relations strategies, and relationship management within digital spaces.
  • Prior experience managing Facebook Advertising campaigns is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data insights for campaign optimization.
