Job Summary:

The Senior Sourcing Specialist will develop and sustain qualified and diverse candidate pipelines for niche and high-volume recruitment positions. This role requires advanced sourcing techniques leveraging both web-based and grassroots recruitment methods, including job fairs, invitationals, career information sessions, and presentations. The Specialist will support recruiting teams, individual recruiters, and targeted recruitment initiatives while driving employer branding to attract top talent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop advanced sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill or niche positions, including diversity and military recruiting initiatives.
  • Manage candidate pipelines to ensure a continuous flow of qualified applicants.
  • Participate in and organize recruitment activities such as job fairs, career sessions, and other engagement events.
  • Support recruiting teams and targeted initiatives, providing strategic sourcing guidance.
  • Promote employer branding to attract top talent across the DMV region.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Behavioral Sciences, Communications, Marketing, Human Resources, or related field.
  • Minimum of four (4) years of high-volume pipeline recruitment experience.
  • At least four (4) years implementing grassroots sourcing strategies.
  • Demonstrated specialization of at least two (2) years in diversity recruitment, military recruitment, and/or employment branding.
  • Bilingual fluency in English and at least one other defined language is required for specific roles.
  • Must be available to work throughout the DC–Maryland–Virginia metro region at WMATA-designated facilities.

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of sourcing tools, techniques, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Pay: $ $47.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
