As a Strategic Process Manager, you will be responsible for driving business process improvements and designing new processes in support of strategic initiatives designated by senior management. As a Strategic Process Manager at Kyocera, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our operations. Leveraging advanced methodologies and a deep understanding of process optimization, you will identify inefficiencies and implement solutions that drive productivity and enhance customer satisfaction. This may include strategic changes to organization structures to enable efficient workflows, provide scalability for growth and position Kyocera for mergers and acquisitions.

Responsibilities

Lead multiple business process improvement initiatives that are grounded in DMAIC and Design for LSS methodology, that will streamline and implement new processes across KDA in order to accelerate revenue and reduce operating costs while dramatically improving customer experience.

Ensure each project has the establishment of a clear project definition, the collection of any representative samples that yield an accurate base line measurement, the establishment of root cause analysis for the project, the design and implement solutions that solve the project's charter, and the creation of control mechanisms and reporting that ensure solutions stay in place and continue to yield the desired outcome. 

Develop and provide new operational understandings of people, processes and systems across KDA and quantify associated financials.

Ensure an optimal customer experience is a core component of every project's solution.

Represent KDA, its projects and/or departments during client and project management meetings with the highest ethical standards and clear communications.

Educate peers across organizations on high level transformation concepts and methodologies.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Management, Business Administration or similar.

years of Lean Six Sigma Experience (DMAIC and Design) as a certified Black Belt or Master Black Belt.

Demonstrated ability to achieve a high volume of complex work.

Strong analytical, problem solving, and time management skills.

Ability to create and present engaging and highly informative presentations to all levels of the organization.

Ability to educate organizations on new management methodologies and concepts like: Lean Six Sigma, LEAN, Agile, and Design Thinking.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills plus demonstrated ability to manage a team of varied disciplines.

Proficiency with all MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), Sharepoint, Jira.

Preferred:

MBA or advanced degrees (preferred)

years of service delivery, service management, and/or contact center management experience (preferred)

years of B2B and B2B2C experience

years with data analytics and applied statistics & reporting

years of project management experience

Experience with change management methodologies

Experience with Agile software development methodologies like Scrum

The typical pay range for this role is $120,000 -$165,000. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors. This position may include a discretionary bonus based on performance.
