What You'll Do:

  • Oversee all property-level accounting operations, from resident invoicing to reconciliations.
  • Lead month-end and year-end closes with precision and timeliness.
  • Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial models to inform business decisions.
  • Partner with leadership to drive strategic growth and operational excellence.
  • Support audits, investor reporting, and compliance with GAAP and internal policies.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or MBA preferred).
  • 5+ years in progressive accounting roles
  • Proficiency with RealPage or Yardi, plus advanced Excel skills.
  • A proven ability to mentor teams, solve problems, and present data clearly.
