Stantec Architecture & Interior Design in Boston  

Your Opportunity: We are seeking an enthusiastic emerging professional Architect with at least 7 years of experience who is self-motivated, possesses excellent technical and design skills and can work independently. As a critical member of our team-based approach, this role offers the chance to work on high-profile designs, grow our practice, and make a meaningful impact to our communities. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Engage in the design process developing ideas, establishing design direction, and developing options that achieve programmatic goals
  • Actively participate in presentations and meetings with clients or municipalities
  • Take ownership of specific tasks or project components and lead individuals and teams in design development
  • Direct and develop design documentation including plans, sections, elevations, & details, evaluate material options, and coordinate with consultant team
  • Manage construction delivery and work independently to respond to RFI's, review submittals, complete site visits and prepare field reports
