We are seeking a Site Superintendent / Project Supervisor to oversee field operations for upcoming residential and commercial work in San Francisco. In this role, you will lead onsite crews, coordinate subcontractors and union labor, manage daily workflows, and ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to RHC's high standards. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced field leader to join a respected Bay Area construction firm and play a key role in the successful delivery of complex urban projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all onsite construction activities and manage daily field operations.

  • Coordinate and supervise subcontractors including unionand non-union labor crews, ensuring compliance with building rules and project requirements.

  • Maintain project schedule, track progress, and communicate daily updates to the project management team.

  • Ensure all work meets RHC's quality expectations and complies with local codes and regulations.

  • Enforce and monitor site safety practices in accordance with company policies and OSHA standards.

  • Proactively resolve onsite issues, conflicts, or delays to maintain smooth workflow.

  • Conduct onsite meetings, inspections, and walkthroughs with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and trade partners to ensure project alignment.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience as a Site Superintendent, Project Supervisor, or similar field leadership role.

  • Strong experience managing laborand subcontractorson active construction sites.

  • Proven experience delivering commercial construction projects in the Bay Area, specifically within San Francisco.

  • Familiarity with San Francisco building codes, permitting processes, and inspection requirements.

  • Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills.

  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, schedules, and specifications.

  • Strong commitment to safety, quality, and productivity.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with mixed-use or residential-over-commercial projects.

  • OSHA 30 certification.

  • Background working on tight urban job sites within San Francisco.
