Weekend RN Supervisor – Springfield Center for Living

Springfield Center for Living is seeking a dedicated Weekend RN Supervisor to join our leadership team. This role is perfect for an experienced RN who thrives in a supervisory position and enjoys making a difference in resident care.

Shifts Available:

  • Fri, Sat, Sun
  • Sat, Sun, Mon

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise nursing staff and ensure high-quality resident care.
  • Support, guide, and mentor team members during assigned shifts.
  • Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and facility policies.
  • Handle emergencies and provide strong clinical leadership.

Qualifications:

  • Current RN license in [VT].
  • Prior supervisory experience in long-term care preferred.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
