Operations Client Services Manager

Salary: $60,000 +bonus

About the Role

We're growing and looking for an Operations Client Services Manager to help drive branch success and customer satisfaction. In this new role, you'll manage a book of commercial and residential clients, ensuring that all maintenance services are delivered efficiently and to the highest standards. The Operations Client Services Manager will oversee multiple field crews, walk properties regularly, identify enhancement opportunities, and collaborate closely with the Branch Manager on pricing, retention, and overall branch goals.

What You'll Do

As the Operations Client Services Manager, you will:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for an assigned portfolio of maintenance customers.
  • Walk client properties regularly to ensure quality and propose landscape enhancements or upsells.
  • Ensure crews complete all scheduled work on time, on budget, and to company quality standards.
  • Support crew leaders with scheduling, work orders, and day-to-day operations.
  • Partner with the Branch Manager on pricing, proposals, and performance targets.
  • Track service issues, resolve customer concerns promptly, and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Assist in training and developing field team members to improve efficiency and quality.

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in the landscape or green industry (maintenance, enhancements, irrigation, or related fields).
  • Proven experience managing multiple crews or property portfolios - beyond leading a single crew.
  • Strong customer service and account management skills - confident meeting clients and presenting solutions.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple properties and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Nice to Have

  • Experience selling or quoting landscape enhancements.
  • Knowledge of local plant materials and maintenance best practices.
  • Familiarity with work ticket or service management software.
