Job Summary

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated In Home Caregivers to provide high-quality, personalized care to clients in their own homes. We offer caregivers an annual call off bonus up to$500 for part time and $1000 for full time. Weekdays is $13/hr, Nights during the week are $14/hr, all weekend shifts are $16/hr and any shift covering a call off is $16/hr. Plus we offer $50-$100 bonuses to cover some critical shifts. Flexible scheduling. PAID training upon hire and annually after that. Drivers who run errands for clients get millage. Millage also provided for longer commutes to scheduled visits and covering visits. All "AS NEEDED" shifts are $16/hr. We have positions available across Crawford County. Meadville, Conneaut lake, Linesville, Titusville, Cochranton, Pleasantville, Conneautville, ALL CURRENTLY HAVE NEEDS.

Duties

  • Assist clients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support.
  • Monitor and report on clients' health status, including vital signs and symptoms.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients to promote mental well-being.
  • Coordinate with healthcare professionals for ongoing treatment plans and follow-up care.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of care provided and any changes in client condition.
  • Support clients in managing chronic conditions or recovery processes post-hospitalization.
  • Assist with light housekeeping tasks related to client care to ensure a safe and comfortable environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, PRN

Pay: $ $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15.0 – 65.0 per week
