Position Summary:

We are seeking a hands-on Concrete Field Installation Manager to lead our production operations. This role manages daily schedules, supervises production crews, ensures job quality and efficiency, and maintains a safe, organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily production schedules and team assignments
  • Monitor team performance to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met
  • Delegate daily tasks to crew members and provide clear direction
  • Assist with interviewing, hiring, and training new production employees
  • Train and coach team members on installation techniques and safety procedures
  • Ensure trucks are prepped daily with necessary materials, tools, and equipment
  • Take inventory, order, and restock supplies and materials as needed
  • Maintain relationships with suppliers for timely material availability
  • Resolve on-site issues impacting project quality or completion; perform quality checks
  • Coordinate with sales to ensure smooth project handoff and execution

  • Communicate professionally with customers during projects as needed

  • Make approved purchases, providing receipts to Sales Representative or Managing Partner - Collect client checks upon project completion when required and submit promptly

  • Report finished projects for billing and closeout

  • Report employee hours bi-weekly for payroll
  • Maintain accurate records of hours worked and materials used per project

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience managing production teams in concrete coatings, construction, flooring, or similar trades

  • Experience with application of polyaspartic coatings and concrete stains

  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to perform manual labor including lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Reliable transportation to and from job sites in the Milwaukee area
  • Valid driver's license required
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional trade or management training preferred
