As a Wireless Service Associate, you'll be the face of our AT&T collaboration - guiding customers through wireless solutions that elevate their everyday lives. Wireless Service Associate Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for residential clients, offering tailored AT&T wireless solutions.
  • Conduct in-person consultations to assess customer needs and recommend optimal packages.
  • Close sales with precision, empathy, and a deep understanding of wireless tech and client products and services.
  • Maintain long-term relationships through answering questions in their entirety, follow-ups, additional upgrades, and service support.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and other Wireless Services Associates to ensure seamless onboarding and satisfaction.
  • Track performance metrics and report on account growth, retention, and sales metrics within the local market.
  • Stay updated on AT&T product launches and promotions to maximize service value and provide information on the complete array of client benefits.
  • Represent the client and the Wireless Service Associate position with professionalism and enthusiasm in all customer interactions.

Wireless Service Associate Qualities/Qualifications:

  • 1+ year in sales, account management, or client-facing roles preferred.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize effectively.
  • Tech-savvy with a passion for wireless innovation.
  • Self-starter with a results-driven mindset.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, goal-oriented environments.
  • Strong organizational and people skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50, $58,000.00 per year
