As the Senior Financial Analyst, you'll lead the creation of impactful Tableau insights, translate complex data into clear recommendations, and serve as a trusted partner to top finance and executive leaders. Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Develop Tableau dashboards that transform complex data into clear, decision-ready visuals used across operations, finance, and senior leadership
  • Partner with department leaders to analyze budget versus actual spend, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Identify and track cost savings opportunities, driving initiatives that enhance profitability and operational efficiency.
  • Support monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting cycles, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial deliverables.
  • Assist with month-end close activities, including variance analysis, reconciliations, and management reporting.
  • Prepare reporting packages for private equity partners, including cash flow forecasts, financial models, and performance metrics
  • Serve as a financial advisor to department heads, providing guidance on financial implications of strategic and operational decisions.
  • Deliver clear, data-driven presentations to both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Accounting, Operations, and Executive teams to ensure alignment of financial strategies with business objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
  • Tableau expertise
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in financial planning & analysis, corporate finance, or related roles.
  • Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
  • Experience with private equity-backed companies preferred
  • Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; experience with ERP and BI tools a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, results-oriented mindset.
