Your Role & Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the data and analytics transformation roadmap aligned with business objectives
  • Lead modernization of data platforms, governance frameworks, and analytics capabilities
  • Partner with stakeholders across IT, business units, and executive leadership to ensure adoption
  • Oversee implementation of advanced analytics, data visualization, and predictive modeling solutions
  • Drive data quality, compliance, and security standards across the organization
  • Manage change initiatives, including training and communication strategies for user adoption
  • Monitor KPIs and deliver insights to measure transformation success

Skills & Experience You Should Possess

  • 8+ years of experience in data strategy, analytics, and transformation leadership
  • Proven track record of leading enterprise-level data modernization initiatives
  • Strong knowledge of data governance, architecture, and integration best practices
  • Expertise in analytics tools and platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Snowflake, Azure Data Services)
  • Familiarity with cloud-based data ecosystems and modern data warehousing solutions
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Experience with AI/ML-driven analytics solutions
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance frameworks (GDPR, CCPA)
  • Certifications in data management or analytics (e.g., CDMP, DAMA, or equivalent)

Education & Certifications You Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
  • Advanced certifications in analytics or data governance preferred

  • Competitive Compensation – You choose the model that works best for you, both with company-sponsored benefits $195,000–$203,000 annually or $88–$100 per hour, depending on your skills, experience, and location. Final compensation is determined based on skill alignment, years of experience, and fair, market-based rates by geography.
