Luxen & Co. is looking for a motivated Team Member Trainee to support our telecom outreach efforts in the Orange County area. You'll assist residents with service enrollment, contribute to campaign goals, and gain valuable field experience along the way.

As a Team Member Trainee, you'll support structured outreach across community zones while learning the ropes of wireless service enrollment. You'll receive hands-on training from experienced team members, assist with client interactions, and help guide residents through service options and eligibility. What Will I Be Doing as a Team Member Trainee?

  • Observe experienced outreach professionals to learn effective territory engagement, client rapport-building, and campaign execution techniques.
  • Participate in structured training sessions focused on service eligibility, product knowledge, and outreach communication strategies.
  • Support the enrollment process by assisting clients with service applications, ensuring accuracy and alignment with campaign guidelines.
  • Practice structured outreach across assigned zones, sharing service information clearly and answering basic questions with professionalism.
  • Contribute to daily team operations by tracking outreach activity, maintaining organized records, and supporting shared campaign goals.

What Do I Need to Bring to the Table as a Team Member Trainee?

  • High school diploma or GED required; additional coursework in Communications, Marketing, or Business is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a willingness to learn and accept coaching.
  • Comfort working in residential zones and engaging with clients through structured outreach.
  • Ability to stay organized, track activity, and manage client records using mobile tools.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to contribute to a team-focused campaign environment.
