  • Offer expert recommendations on drink pairings to enhance the dining experience.
  • Demonstrate strong product knowledge of wines, spirits, and mixology techniques.
  • Ensure compliance with all alcohol service laws and company policies.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing bar area at all times.
  • Accurately handle guest orders, process transactions, and manage tabs with precision.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to special requests or concerns.
  • Collaborate closely with servers and the BOH team to deliver seamless service.
  • Participate in ongoing training related to new cocktails, seasonal menus, and wine programs.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum 2 years of bartending experience in an upscale or fine dining environment.
  • Exceptional knowledge of mixology, spirits, wine, and bar service standards.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; polished and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction.
  • Must meet legal requirements for alcohol service.
  • Certification in responsible beverage service (e.g., TIPS, ServSafe Alcohol) preferred.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $ $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week
