Role Description

The Retail Processor will play a key role in supporting the loan processing cycle by reviewing applications, collecting documentation, and ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards. This full-time, on-site role is located in Mt. Laurel, NJ. The individual will work closely with underwriters, loan officers, and clients to provide an efficient and seamless experience from application to closing.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of loan processing, mortgage documentation, and compliance standards
  • Proficiency with data entry, organization, and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a team environment
  • Experience in the mortgage industry is a plus
  • Proficiency with mortgage-processing software and tools
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
