Job Overview

As an In Home Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for individuals in the comfort of their own homes. Your compassionate support will empower clients to maintain their independence while ensuring they receive the care they need. You'll engage with clients on a personal level, providing assistance with daily activities and fostering a nurturing environment that promotes well-being.

What you'll do

  • Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, grooming, and dressing, tailored to each client's needs
  • Assist with mobility and transfers to ensure safety and comfort
  • Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as necessary
  • Monitor and document changes in clients' health status and report any concerns to family members or healthcare professionals
  • Engage clients in meaningful conversations and activities that promote mental stimulation and emotional well-being
  • Administer medications as prescribed while ensuring adherence to care plans
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to coordinate care and support services for clients
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized living environment
