Job Description

We are looking for a reliable, energetic Yoga or Stretch Instructor to lead weekend recovery-focused sessions at our gym. This role is ideal for someone passionate about mobility, flexibility, injury prevention, and helping people feel better in their bodies.

Sessions will be approachable and inclusive, suitable for beginners through intermediate participants. This is a great opportunity for an instructor looking for consistent weekend hours in a supportive, low-pressure environment.

As part of this role, you'll receive a free premium gym membership so you can train, recover, and be part of our fitness community.

Responsibilities

  • Lead guided yoga, stretch, or mobility sessions
  • Create a safe, welcoming, and positive atmosphere
  • Adapt movements for different ability levels
  • Encourage proper breathing, form, and recovery
  • Arrive on time and be prepared for each session
  • Maintain a professional and friendly presence with members

Qualifications

  • Experience teaching yoga, stretching, mobility, or recovery-focused classes
  • Certification preferred (Yoga, Fitness, Mobility, or related) but not required if experience is strong
  • Comfortable working with mixed fitness levels
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Dependable and punctual

Compensation & Perks
