As a Home Health Aide, you will play a vital role in supporting adults with disabilities and seniors who wish to live independently and comfortably in their own homes. You will assist clients with daily activities and essential tasks that improve their quality of life. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Assisting with personal care needs, including bathing, toileting, and hygiene.

  • Preparing meals and snacks according to client preferences and dietary needs.

  • Helping with light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and organizing.

  • Providing mobility assistance and transportation to appointments or outings.

  • Offering companionship and emotional support.

  • Monitoring and reporting any changes in client behavior or health to supervisors.
