The Role:

Our Plumbing Install technicians install and replace systems within each customer's home. Their priority is the customer, educating them on their new equipment and ensuring a 5-star quality service with every interaction, every call, in every home.

What You'll Do

  • Install plumbing systems, fixtures, and equipment (from water heaters to compressors to know it all)
  • Consistently represent yourself as a professional and "industry knowledgeable" which will in return lead to new referrals and repeat business
  • Build a healthy relationship with field leadership, and peers.
  • Explain plumbing equipment to customers.
  • Actively participate in training exercises, morning meetings, and company events

What You'll Need

  • Strong mechanical knowledge
  • 6 months to a 1 year of Plumbing Install experience is a plus
  • Strong Desire to Grow and Develop Your Team
  • Clean, Safe, Driving Record
  • High School Diploma or GED
