Gulf Coast Sales Partners is a sales and customer acquisition organization based in Tampa, specializing in the development and execution of in-person outreach strategies for leading telecommunications clients. We focus on building customer relationships and increasing brand visibility to ensure sustained business and sales growth. We are looking for a Client Sales Manager to support our local sales efforts for our partnership with AT&T.

The Client Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships and conducting needs assessments through in-person sales conversations. Through active listening and proactive outreach, you will bring top-tier wireless services directly to residential customers and provide them with personalized product and service solutions. This Client Sales Manager position involves clear communication, product knowledge and presentation, and guiding customers through the complete sales process.

Client Sales Manager Responsibilities:

  • Engage residential customers through in-person sales presentations that clearly introduce AT&T products and services
  • Assess customer needs by thoughtful questioning and develop customized solutions that meet customer needs and recommend appropriate wireless and internet plans
  • Guide customers through account setup and enrollment, completing documentation and ensuring customer relationships through in-person interaction
  • Track daily activity, customer meetings, and sales results to stay organized and measure progress while working toward measurable weekly goals
  • Communicate customer feedback, trends, and insights to the leadership team to help refine sales strategies, improve outreach effectiveness, and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Support new project rollouts and assist client leadership with territory management by following assigned schedules and maintaining organized routes
  • Demonstrate strong product knowledge by staying updated on AT&T promotions, pricing, and service enhancements to confidently address customer questions

Client Sales Manager Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree or coursework in Business, Operations, Marketing, Communications, or a similar field is preferred,but not required
  • 1-2 years of experience in a people-facing role including customer service, sales, management, hospitality, or a similar role
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Enjoys talking with people and working face-to-face
  • Goal-focused and motivated by performance and growth
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Coachable and willing to learn new skills quickly
  • Organized and able to manage multiple tasks

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $54, $65,802.09 per year
