Eitas is currently hiring for a Communications & Grant Coordinator:

  • Full time schedule
  • Pay range for starting salary: $26.63 per hour, more possible based on experience.

Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

  • Create and manage engaging content for eitas' website, newsletters, social media, brochures, and annual reports.
  • Ensure consistent branding, messaging, and design across all platforms.
  • Assist in planning events, presentations, and community outreach efforts that promote eitas and its mission.
  • Research and identify grant opportunities that align with eitas' mission and strategic goals.
  • Write compelling, well-documented grant proposals, letters of inquiry, and reports for private foundations, corporations, and government agencies.
  • Manage communications and grant budgets effectively
  • Create and oversee a communications plan.

  • Bachelor's Degree in Communications, English, Journalism, Marketing, Public Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of professional experience in communications or development.
  • Experience managing social media, websites, and public relations activities.
  • Experience in securing and managing grants or a willingness to learn.
