Job Summary:

The Quality Control Clerk is responsible for making sure that products meet a set of standards. Their duties include auditing orders before packing, detail receive incoming shipments, preparing shipments, labeling cartons and/or shrink-wrapping pallets.

Duties/Responsibilities:

· Counts products based on Product Order

· Makes sure style, size and color matches Product Order

· Weigh Product Order Total

· Generate shipping labels

· Monitoring and checking for abnormalities, out of specification requirements

· Works and communicates effectively and professionally with others

· Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

· Inspection Techniques, Attention to detail

· Problem-solving abilities

· Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization

· Report any discrepancies

· Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers

· Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations

· Strong reading and communication skills.

· Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

Education and Experience:

· High school diploma or equivalent required.

· Good attendance and punctuality

· Detail oriented and extremely reliable.

· Six months of experience in quality control is preferred.

Physical Requirements:

· Must be in good physical condition and have good motor skills.

· Must be able to lift 50 pounds at a time.

· Must have good hand/eye coordination.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.25 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Work Location: In person
