We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated Virtual Esthetic Consultant / Product Sales Advisor to join our team. This is a full-time, remote position that offers a competitive salary and excellent benefits.

As a Virtual Esthetic Consultant / Product Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and product knowledge to our clients. You will act as a brand ambassador and assist customers in finding the best products to meet their needs. Your primary goal will be to drive sales and increase customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide excellent customer service and product knowledge to clients via phone, email, and chat

- Act as a brand ambassador and promote the company's products and services

- Understand customer needs and recommend the best products to meet their goals

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business

- Meet and exceed sales targets and goals

- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends

- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a timely and professional manner

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for increasing sales

- Participate in virtual training and team meetings to stay informed about new products and sales techniques

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the sports or fitness industry

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong knowledge of sports and fitness products and industry trends

- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software

- High school diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's degree preferred

Compensation & Bonuses

Competitive Pay Rate: $40–$60/hr based on experience and performance

Paid Training: $40/hr for 1-week onboarding training

Training Completion Bonus: $700 instant incentive after setup and training

Work Schedule

Flexible Scheduling: Choose Full-time (30–40 hrs/week) or Part-time (20 hrs/week)

Options for morning, afternoon, or evening schedules

No weekends required unless preferred
