Role Summary:
The Diagnostic Support Specialist (DSS) is a remote, diagnostics-focused role ideal for candidates with experience as a remote service technician or dealership-level diagnostician. This position supports partner repair facilities and internal teams in diagnosing vehicle concerns, guiding repair strategy, and ensuring warranty compliance. You'll work in a fast-paced, fully remote environment that bridges technical knowledge with real-time repair execution.
About RepairWise
RepairWise Inc. is transforming the way electric vehicles are diagnosed and repaired. Joining RepairWise means being part of a fast-growing company at the forefront of auto repair innovation.
