We currently have 1 Full-Time opening for the following shift(s):

WEEKEND DOUBLES: Work EVERY Saturday and Sunday from 6am-10pm for a total of 32 hours, get paid for 40 hours. Must be on time, stay the full shift, and charting completed in order to qualify for 8 hours of additional pay.

**Duties**

- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician

- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the healthcare team

- Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information

- Assist with physical examinations and diagnostic evaluations

- Collect specimens for laboratory testing

- Perform basic life support measures in emergency situations

- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans

- Provide case management services to patients and their families

- Assist with discharge planning and coordination of post-hospital care

**Skills**

- Experience in hospice care, including pain management and end-of-life support

- Ability to perform physical examinations and assist with diagnostic evaluations

- Knowledge of basic life support techniques and ability to respond to emergencies

- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and maintaining patient confidentiality

Qualifications

- LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) certification or RN (Registered Nurse)

- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification

- Experience in patient care, assessment, and medication administration

- Knowledge of EMR and EHR systems

- Ability to work with diverse patient populations

- Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations

- Familiarity with catheterization and tube feeding procedures

- Previous experience in hospice care and discharge planning

- Proficiency in using IV infusion techniques

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
